Race Route: Total 199.2km Departing from Hualien City, the peloton will head southward on County Road 193, passing the Guangfu Historic Sugar Refinery and then crossing the Tropic of Cancer, proceeding down the East Rift Valley as far as the town of Yuli, then finally turning toward the ocean, and take coast-hugging Highway 11 back to Hualien City.

Time Cut: Riders who are 10 minutes behind peloton leader will be cut and disqualified from the race.
Finish Time Limit: Riders must finish within 15% (time) of the winner's time to remain in the race. Those who are unable to make the cut are 　　　　　　　　disqualified from the race.
