The 2011 Taiwan Cycling Festival, which is held by the Tourism Bureau, is slated for November 5 through 13 in Yilan, Hualien and Taitung. The highlight of the Festival, the 2011 Taiwan Cup, a 200-kilometer invitational road race, is set to take place on November 6 as well!
